This innovative design has a vertically sliding roof and wall section allowing a full standing loft bedroom (normally not possible in Tiny Home's).
The design meets the New South Wales local government ACT definition of a caravan ‘designed to be capable of being registered’ therefore a DA is not required if installed in accordance to the legislation.
